How to reach the Millard Fillmore Surgery Center

Enter Route 33 heading east. Follow Route 33 until it joins with Route 90 (New York State Thruway). Take the 90 east (towards Albany). Remain in the right lane in preparation for the 290 exit (under the next bridge). Exit the 290 at Main Street (route 5) East - which is the first exit. Continue on Main Street through the village of Williamsville. Turn left at Evans. Evans becomes Hopkins at Sheridan Drive. Follow Hopkins to Klein Road. Turn right on Klein Road. The Ambulatory Surgery Center is about a half mile down on the right hand side - 215 Klein.

From Route I-90 New York State Thruway East (from Erie, PA)
After exiting the toll booth, continue on the 90 until the exit for the 290. Remain in the right lane in preparation for the 290 exit (under the next bridge). Exit the 290 at Main Street (Route 5) East - which is the first exit. Continue on Main Street through the village of Williamsville. Turn left at Evans. Evans becomes Hopkins at Sheridan Drive. Follow Hopkins to Klein Road. Turn right on Klein Road. The Ambulatory Surgery Center is about a half mile down on the right hand side - 215 Klein.

From Route I-90 New York State Thruway West (from Albany)
Exit at Transit Road (Route 78). At the end of the exit, turn left. Continue on Transit Road past Main Street, past Sheridan Drive, and past Maple Road. Turn left on Klein Road. Proceed down Kaleida Road approximately 1.5 miles. The Ambulatory Surgery Center will be on your left - 215 Klein.
